Wheelchair accessible non-emergency medical transportation to and from hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living and group homes, dialysis, doctor's offices, rehabilitation centers, out-patient centers, and other locations as needed. 24-hour advanced notice preferred. Can accommodate same day requests based on availability. Advance notice required for holidays. Transport-U accepts Montgomery County Medicaid, Evercare, other insurances (with transportation benefit), and private pay.
